When discussing the quality of employee benefits, employees will typically use a scale from bad to great, largely based on what they are spending each paycheck for their benefits.


At Simpatico Benefits we take a different approach, using relevancy to grade employee benefits. Simply put, can the benefits be leveraged to provide value, while providing practical protection against likely events.

Pre-Enrollment

Our advocacy starts with our very first conversation. We take the time to learn about your business and to understand your unique challenges and opportunities.


Our focus isn't just based on your employee benefits, but rather on your overall company. While we agree employee benefits are important, they are just one component of your business. We work to learn all of your business so we can offer a full and relevant suite of employee benefits.

Enrollment

Employee benefits can be confusing, but they don't have to be. We take a very intentional approach to working with both employers and employees, helping them make informed and educated decisions regarding their benefits.


When our industry wants to provide more information and reduce the time it takes to enroll, we shift in the opposite direction.   We remove the clutter and noise and slow down the enrollment process.   


The majority of employees don't fully understand how their health insurance works.  Our approach is to educate employees so they can confidently utilize their benefits.


Post-Enrollment

This is where Simpatico really stands out with our Purple Card program! Established over 25 years ago, it is our in-house patient advocacy program that was created so that no employees ever have to call an insurance company again.


If your employees have a question about any of their employee benefits, they can call and speak with one of our Patient Advocates, who will help resolve any issue or question they have regarding their benefits.
